Shipping Policy
Let's talk shipping, we cannot personally deliver all of our products so we rely on different carriers to help us out. They are not as careful with our products as we would like and on rare occasions will damage or misplace an order. It is a reality of e commerce and we do our best to package and ship items to arrive safely and on time. We would like to emphasize that damaged or lost items are very rare. We will not refund orders because of shipping damage, orders being lost by carrier, or addresses that are undeliverable at this time.
You will receive an automated e-mail once your order has shipped. IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK THEIR PACKAGE AND RETRIEVE IT THE DAY IF DELIVERY, and in hot temperatures, the hour of delivery.
• PLEASE NOTE: Since the USPS does not guarantee delivery within 2-5 day time frame, I don't either. In the event that your order is delayed by the carrier, and does not make it in time for your event, there will be NO refunds,
shop credit, etc.
•I have a minimum 2 week processing time for orders. Shipping generally takes 2-3 additional days. If you need your order sooner you can purchase the Rush My Order listing along with your order, and they will be made ship out sooner. The shipping setting on my listings is set to allow 10-12
